Hello, World!

The doctors estimated that you might arrive around September 11, 2012. We thought that by then, your Lola Marilu would be back home from the US already (she was scheduled to arrive September 2, 2012), and Daddy from Japan, too (scheduled to arrive September 9, 2012).

Alas, you arrived on September 3, 2012 at around 8:05am! Good job! At least Lola Marilu was there already then. And you weren't too big yet so you made it easy for Mommy.

But then, Daddy was still in Japan. And this photo was Daddy's first glimpse of you, a photo taken and sent by Mommy. This also became the first photo that everyone else saw of you (on Facebook, a very popular "social networking" website during this time). Indeed, you said "Hello, World!" with this photo. And it has picked up at least 150 "Facebook likes" and around 70 congratulatory comments. :-)
